When you buy a preorder, please be aware of the following:

• A preorder means that you can order an item before it has actually arrived at our warehouse.
  
  
• Below the product you'll find the week in which your preorder is expected to arrive at our warehouse. You will receive an email once the order has been dispatched.
  
  Always go by the delivery week stated on your order confirmation, as this information may change on the website due to several deliveries of that specific item.
  
  Please note that our delivery is always an estimated time frame, and in some cases delays or an earlier delivery may occur. 
  
  
• The amount is only charged to your account once your order has been dispatched from us. Until then, your amount is simply held as a reservation.
  
  
• If you order a preorder together with other items, the whole order is only sent once the preorder is in stock.
  
  For immediate delivery of items without a preorder, we recommend placing them in separate orders.

• If you order several preorders in one order, the estimated delivery time for the order will be based on the latest delivery week.
  
  

• When you place a preorder, please be aware that we may have to cancel your order if complications arise with our suppliers and the products cannot be delivered.
